UNRA Human Resources Boss Killed in Kampala, Body Dumped on Entebbe Road Hospital

The police at Kajjansi are investigating a suspected murder of Hajj Rashid Kamoga Kulima, 52, a senior human resources officer with Uganda National Roads Authority.

According to preliminary reports by police, this manager is suspected to have been killed by yet to identified persons who dumped him at a hospital along Entebbe road.

In a statement by KMP deputy spokesperson ASP Luke Owoyesigire “the staff at Doctors Hospital, Seguku, yesterday (23rd 12 , 2021) at about 1800hrs, two men and a woman  yet to be identified brought in the deceased and alleged he had slid and fell inside his bathroom.”

Owoyesigire said that as the emergency teams at the hospital were still observing the deceased the trio fled the hospital premises.

“The police is tracing for them. We have obtained clues to aid into the investigations.” he said.

By press time, the body was transferred to city mortuary for an autopsy.
