Colour Blue emerged the Champions of the fifth Edition of the Lake Victoria School Sports Day Gala that was held on Sunday at the School’s playground. Colour Blue amassed a total of 470 points to finish as trophy winners while both Colour Yellow and Green tied in the second position with identical 397 points. Colour Green finished third with 388 points. Some of the sporting activities that the school pupils competed in included 100m race, Ball Passing, Skip and race, short relays, 150m race, 40m race, Chair Dance, sack race and others.
Lake Victoria School Head Master Nabende Stephen congratulated the pupils and parents for turning up in big numbers and also hailed the old students for their efforts towards developing the school.
Chief Guest David Tugume, the proprietor of Central Inn and also an Old Student of Lake Victoria School (1988-1994) lauded the Lake Victoria School management for their effort towards reviving the school and also donated Shs1m towards developing sports in the school.
