The Special Forces Command (SFC) Maj. Mcdans Kamugira is smiling from the bottom of his heart and bobbing shoulders high again in the peninsular region after missing in action ever since the 2016 polls ended. The senior government army officer and former SFC Director Civil Military Cooperation (CIMIC) officially bounced back in Entebbe on Saturday from Kimaka Senior Staff College in Jinja where he has been spending sleepless nights reading lots of Military books in addition to doing course works and sitting for exams. Over the weekend on Saturday, SFC’s Barbara Barungi spearheaded and organized the welcome back party for her boss Afande Kamugira at the Capital Cave gardens hideout and several Entebbe NRM bosses stormed the drink party and washed down their dry throats with stagger Juice plus filling their tummies with food. Famous ‘Eno Lido Lido’ hit singer King Michael graced the ceremony.
