The Federation of Motocross Union (FMU) Vice President Balinda Ismail is in trouble and breathing behind bars in Nairobi Police cells after he was arrested over plotting to manufacture several Narcotic drugs in Uganda including Cocaine and heroin. The flamboyant man’s forty days came to an end after Police through their highly sophisticated intelligence network unearthed several chemical substances including glacial Acetic Acid, sodium hydroxide and Toluene used in manufacturing cocaine and heroin.
The chemical substances were unearthed at his multi-million mansion located in Buzzi village, Kajjansi Town council in Wakiso District on Saturday and were packed in 20 drums of Toluene, 76 Jerry cans of Glacial Acetic Acid and 34 sacks of Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda). Police also unearthed a factory (laboratory) in the premises that consisted of several 5000 liter water tanks and boilers that were to be used in mixing the chemical substance.

Police disclosed that he has been disguising the cocaine manufacturing factory as a poultry farm and he was dealing with Mexicans who were arrested by FBI agents in the US where they had gone to purchase more equipments and chemicals for the multimillion dirty deal. Police disclosed that Balinda and the Mexicans hatched the deal in August 2016, imported the chemicals and substances in November 2016 and actual manufacturing was scheduled to start next month in June.
Police also disclosed that Balinda Ismail has been on FBI Radar and is likely to be extradited and tried in the United States. Police also disclosed that he had shifted his wife and kids to another posh crib in Mengo and had planned to use the apartment in Kajjansi as a laboratory exclusively to manufacture cocaine and heroin which would be exported abroad.

Zarugaba Tinka, Assistant commissioner Narcotics who headed the operation revealed that Balinda Tinka has for the last couple of years been masquerading as a State House official and that he never allowed visitors into his house and premises.
Zarugaba disclosed that all the chemicals that were to be used in the cocaine/heroin manufacturing deal are classified as very dangerous and would pollute/endanger the lives of the locals in the area. Zarugaba revealed that Balinda Ismail will face two charges Trafficking Narcotics and building an illegal laboratory because he has been smuggling cocaine to different parts of the world through Entebbe International Airport as a conduit. He disclosed that all the chemicals and equipments will be burnt in Kigo.
