Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and NBS Television took time off from their usual demanding tasks and duties to enjoy a football friendly match that was held on Saturday at the Entebbe Airport football Ground. NBS TV lost the match 3-0 as they couldn’t match the skill and physique of CAA players who for the last several years have managed to put together a fully fledged football team that also features in the corporate league, Airport stakeholder’s league and many other football friendly tournaments.
Amos Nsobya and Stephen Serubiri handed CAA a 3-0 victory with a brace and a single goal. Baker Kigongo NBS TV failed to get a consolation goal after Baker Kigongo squandered a penalty in the second half. His carelessly taken penalty hit the bar. Despite their victory, CAA also wasted a number of chances that would have doubled their lead.
