The Entebbe Junior School Boss Rosemary Omamteker is suffering from intensifying ulcers and sleepless nights after several Kiwafu East “Bitooke” residents in Entebbe Municipality Division ‘B’ gave her a massive bloody headache on Friday over forcefully grabbing the Akiiki Nyabongo public Road and erecting a huge perimeter wall fence around the School. For over ten years the poor Kiwafu East residents have been crying lots of crocodile tears with a lot of pain in their hearts ever since the Entebbe Junior School Boss used her massive financial muscle to grab the now controversial Akiiki-Nyabongo Road and erected the perimeter wall fence around the school blocking off the residents from easily accessing the Entebbe-Kampala Highway.
Since then the residents have been using several risky shortcuts “Panyas” to access their homes and the Entebbe – Kampala Highway after the Entebbe Junior School Boss encroached on the public road.

According to several letters that entebbenews has obtained former ministers for the Presidency Kabakumba Masiko and Dr. Beatrice Wabudeya, former ministers of state for Economic Monitoring Henry Banyezanki and Vincent Nyanzi, former Town Clerk Joseph Kimbowa and the UPPC Management tried to settle the matter but nothing materialized and the poor “Bitooke” residents were left cursing like hell.
It’s not yet clear how the Entebbe Junior School Boss acquired the public road that has now put her in a cold war with the local residents. RDC Kirabira accompanied by Mayor Kayanja, Town Clerk Charles Magumba and the Entebbe Municipality Division ‘B’ LCIII Chairman Stanley Namayirira stormed the school facility and grilled the School Director Rosemary Omamteker for hours over the fishy deal. The school director sweated plasma and almost chickened away after she failed to convince RDC Kirabira over the fishy land deal.

RDC Kirabira later ordered the school Director to immediately stop any further construction of the perimeter wall fence until the matter is fully settled out. She urged the three parties (Kiwafu East local residents, Entebbe Junior School and Municipal Council to each hire their own surveyor to survey the controversial Akiiki – Nyabongo road and give her a report as soon as possible.
Efforts to get a comment from the School Director Rosemary Omamteker over the matter proved futile as she arrogantly refused to speak to our news reporters.
