Pastor William Beshisha, the Director of word of Life Church in Mpala zone is in tears and in too much pain after unidentified goons broke into his church and vanished with property worth Shs. 12m. The stolen items include two flat screen Toshiba TV sets, Acer computer, mixers and amplifiers worth 12m.
Sources revealed that the goons’ first disconnected power from the church at 11pm on Monday night before returning in the wee hours of Tuesday morning to execute the robbery.
The goons entered the church premises after breaking the behind door before vanishing away with church properties. Sources within the Church say some hyenas masquerading as church members and worshippers have been plotting to rob the man of God clean and send him back to the village. The man of God has struggled through thick and thin for the last couple of years to purchase the items, now the goons have ‘shopped’ the items at no price. Police has now embarked on a manhunt for the goons and will be paraded in the courts of law.
