Former Democratic Party parliamentary hopeful has switched goal-posts to the Forum for Democratic Change in Entebbe.
The political fox has crossed to the FDC party following his fall out with the former party top leadership headed by Mayor Vincent Kayanja Depaul. Walusimbi also Jazz Bridge Entertainment proprietor is at logger heads with his former party authorities following his political ambitions to stand for the parliamentary seat currently occupied by Hon Rosemary Tumusiime Bikaako now contesting for another term in office.Walusimbi’s political ambitions started in high school and now switching goal posts to the house of lords after contesting twice for the top job since 2011.

In the previous political campaigns, Walusimbi garnered 1635 votes in the 2016 polical race after battling with several other candidates including Alex Gitta,Micheal Kakembo Mbwatekamwa, Patience Mubangizi, Charles Kirumira,John Whyte Baleke,Kale Micheal,Arthur Senfuma,Ambrose Kantutu and Amon Reeves Muzoora now deceased.
Walusimbi’s next political ride follows the internal squabbles with top guns that smelt a rat following his political ambitions.Kakembo is one of his positioned enemies that have kept on waiting on the political bench for all this long despite his court battles with Hon Rosemary Tumusiime Bikaako of the NRM party.
Former member of parliament Muhamed Kawuma started the rise and fall of the Democratic party and split it into factions. Kayanja and Kawuma can longer sit on the same table to discuss issues of national development including party politics.
This has forced several party politicians to dissert the party because of intrigue, disrespect and greed.
