FUFA Women Elite League side Wakiso Hill Football Club has beefed up it’s squad with a triple signing as the 2020/2021 season nears.

The three recruits include Josephine Nabagereka, Catherine Nabwami and Sarah “Titah” Namatovu who were unveiled on Sunday evening.

Defender Catherine Nabwami joins Wakiso Hill from Buloba College School while Josephine Nabagereka previously played for Kawempe Royal College and Bulaga High School.

Offensive midfielder-cum forward Namatovu recently played for Kinaawa United, IAS Football Club in Rwanda and Nateete Muslim Secondary School. All the three penned three-year contract deals apiece.

“Wakiso Hill is a promising team with good management. So I’m here to improve on my career, help the team gain promotion to the FUFA Women Super League and get a chance to play on the National team so the fans should expect much from me,” Nabwami told ChimpReports.

The club’s latest acquisitions bring the total of new signings to six after Patricia Nayiga, Diana Nagawa and Sharuwa Namubiru were unveiled last month.

Coached by Swaleh Kamya, Wakiso Hill Women FC will be targeting promotion to the FUFA Women Super League next season.
