Entebbe city leaders have concluded a visit to Arua where a 22,000 seater stadium is being built.
Charles Kabwama, the deputy mayor of Entebbe city says the leader traveled to Arua to benchmark on the project, as a similar enterprise is planned in Entebbe, being a tourist attraction prone area, they intend to adopt the model.
