Hundreds of sweet lovely babes on Friday caused a traffic jam to take photos with former State Micro Finance Minister and President Museveni Millitary Affairs Advisor, Gen Salim Saleh Akandwanaho at the ‘pipping’ ceremony of the Uganda People Defence Airforce Officers In Entebbe Senior army officers including Brig Tom Tumuhaire and Soroti Military Base commander Col Moses Amanya paraded juicy babes at a colorful ceremony organized at the Airforce Headquarters to decorate and ‘pip’ the 94 UPDAF officers including 1 brigadier and 23 majors.
Gen Salim Saleh arrived at 3pm for the special function and also planted an orange tree in memory of him before signing in the visitors’ book in the commandant’s office. Gen Salim said at this function that government should work out a comprehensive plan to maintain the retired and aged army officers instead of keeping them on katebe.
The Airforce Deputy Commandant, Col Charles Lutaaya advised the newly decorated officers to exhibit leadership skills and sense of added responsibility. In the list of decorated officers includes Lt Col Ezra Kukundakwe, Lt Col George Nambufu ,Major Tabaro Kiconco and Sgt Flavia Namakula who was thanked for having made Uganda proud in addition to winning two silver medals at the 8th World Military Golf Championship in Bahrain last month.
