Uganda People’s Defence Airforces chief Brigadier Moses Rwakitarate is speaking words of wisdom these days and counseling young people like he has been visited by the Holy Spirit. The flamboyant soldier and Museveni blue eyed boy two weeks ago warned the youth to beware of the deadly HIV Scourge and avoid bonking recklessly like hyenas. He warned the youth to be proud of their virginity and remain pure to avoid catching the deadly HIV Scourge which has claimed lot’s of young people in the recent past. He made the remarks at the pass out of 823 cadres who were attending a Mchaka Mchaka course at the Comprehensive Secondary School. The cadres showcased several skills including handling a gun and self defence tactics.
