A Senior United Nations Top Boss at the regional service base in Entebbe has been summoned to Entebbe court after he knocked down a couple on a boda boda bike in December 2012. Youssouf Boukary, 41years knocked down Ssebagala Joseph,28years and Nambalirwa Winnie,23years, while they on a boda boda at the Express Supermarket while cruising a white United Nations Toyota prado no. UN 1886 in Entebbe. The UN boss knocked the couple while making a U-turn at the supermarket. The couple was rushed to Entebbe Hospital where they spent a couple of months bedridden .But to make matters worse, ever since the couple was discharged from hospital with chocking medical bills, the accused has never visited them nor appeared in court to face the law. The UN officer has paid a deaf ear to all court summons after the police released a report that thoroughly pinned him down over the accident. The UN chief has been summoned to appear on 13thOctober 2014 before Entebbe court.
