The executive director Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in Eastern and Central Africa (ASARECA) Mr Enock Warinda,made the remarks at the official opening of the 3days regional meeting at the Lake Victoria Hotel in Entebbe.
The policy reform will address challenges faced by countries in the agricultural sector.
The high leveled meeting has attracted policy makers and delegates from over 10 African countries including Burundi, Rwanda,Eritrea,South Sudan and others to draw road map on what next after COVID on food systems and address challenges#
