From a humble background to business mogul to managing the national vessel and started business as a young man after his high school journey and kept on developing different business ideas.
He has turned a house hold name with several different businesses including managing the MV Kalangala ferry under the Nation Oil distributor limited.
Mr. Musoke Sadala started investing in different businesses after his education journey at the Cambridge University (London) and after university, Musoke landed his first job and worked to his best before cracking business with government.
He gained a lot of working experience in human resource and management while working with the railway underground transport in the UK.
Musoke is a man of substance from a humble back ground after making all ends meet and his one the first persons to import mobile phones from Dubai and sold them to Celtel Uganda during the early days.
“He has been accredited thru all walks of life to superintendent of managing the biggest government water vessels plying to Kalangala Island”.
“By the time we ventured into maritime transportation, we had fewer skilled human resource and most of them where expatriates”, said Mr. Sadala.
We embarked on investing and developing skilled human resources which will manage and grow the water transportation to another level, since there’s a lot of opportunities and jobs, he noted.
Superintendent Musoke has sponsored over 40 students to higher institution of learning across the continent including the UAE, Canada and Egypt to study and acquire skills in water transport management.
Sebunya Sudaise is one the youngest officers in the maritime transport and trained from Turkey.
“He has accumulated several working experiences with exposure across the continent.
Musoke has proved critics wrong and invested heavily in different businesses including water transport and bottled water.
“We are introducing the MV NODL ferry to solve the challenges of the growing numbers of passengers to Kalangala islands to boast the tourism potentiality following a world lockdown.
“ Our people should learn to appreciate development than criticizing as the country is picking up the missing pieces post COVID 19”, noted Mr. Musoke.(Special Report By:ROBERT PEACOCK.K)
