City Businessman and Lutembe International Secondary school Boss Samuel Kamugisha is having sleepless nights and headache over chocking utility bills. The hunky dude and proprietor of the Hottiez restaurant is cursing like hell after failing to pay his high utility bills for his recreation facility in Entebbe. The flamboyant young man last year cracked a juicy deal with pastor Aaron Mutebi to man the facility at the leisure park with a bar and restaurant. The facility was hired out to him and since then he hs been fighting tooth and nail to make dime. The cash cow was given one week to vacate the place after failing to pay his chocking utility bills including rent.
