City Businessman and Victoria Café Beach Boss , Peter Gukina is in trouble over erecting a multi billion hotel facility at the Lake Victoria shores next to the former Ssese Gateway beach in Entebbe. The beach proprietor was on Tuesday stopped by local authorities and Entebbe police from erecting a perimeter wall fence at his hotel facility over looking the Lake Victoria shores. The Entebbe Police DPC Godfrey Ninsiima suspended all the developments at the beach facility after the tycoon fenced off the lake shore to stop revelers from walking into the beach facility without paying any coin. The tycoon was constructing and building a perimeter wall fence and gate to charge whoever wants to enjoy the lake breeze and beach.
