The Entebbe Municipality Town Clerk Charles Magumba has postponed the Municipal Development Forum (MDF) General Assembly and elections over voter bribery and rigging. We have highly established from our scouts at Entebbe Municipal Council that Magumba smelt a rat and quickly called off the elections because the election process wasn’t clear and was shrouded in mystery.
We are reliably informed that the elections that were scheduled to be held on Friday August 25, 2017 at Lake Victoria School were postponed to Tuesday September 5, 2017 because the Electoral College Voter registers had been tampered with by some candidates.
Town Clerk Charles Magumba has given one week to all the sector heads to draft fresh and updated voter registers to avoid causing havoc and bloodshed during the elections.
Wandera Mangeni Lovi aka Wanjoki and Elvis Ssewakambo are fighting to take over the MDF Presidency office which will be vacated by Vikman Proscovia soon.
