Top Ministry of Finance principal Accountant Frank Migayo is bobbing shoulders high ever since he retired from his paying job a couple of months ago. The former senior government officer is smiling from the bottom of his heart after he officially accepted to bow out office after serving for the last couple of decades. The Entebbe senior Citizen officially handed over all the office keys plus other government resources he has been enjoying for all these years and said bye bye to all his work mates. The 60-something year old former senior government officer is not complaining like Tamale Mirundi ever since all his kids completed their books at several Academic towers including Makerere University and Makerere University Business School (MUBS). He now spends most of his time manning his business empire including his splashy Eco-Resort facility located in Kasenyi off Abaita Ababiri, Entebbe Road.
