Three conmen identified as Faizal Semanda, Salongo Mubiru and a one Mutyaba are cursing like hell behind bars after they were arrested over forging land titles over a piece of land located in Kavundira Village in Katabi Sub County. The crafty men were arrested on Tuesday by Entebbe police cops after they ganged up and threatened to beat up the bonafide owners Wilson Sengonzi and Samuel Kizito. The two who operate a real estate company Honest Estate Developers bought the land from a one Ernest Lusiita and have been selling off the plots to other buyers. Three crooks Faizal Semanda, Salongo Mubiru and Mutyaba popped up from nowhere with fake land agreements and with a gang of rowdy guys and threatened to lynch the real owners. Police swung into action after they were tipped off by area residents who saw the crooks fellas taking matters in their own hands.
Entebbe Municipality District Police Commander Godfrey Ninsiima confirmed the nasty incident and said that the three crooks will face the law and will be charged with trespass while others peninah Bonabana, Mutyaba Ibrahim, Faizal Semanda, Serwanda and Salongo Nsubuga are still on the run.
