To raise funds for the school project, and to celebrate their 9th anniversary, Kids of Africa is organising the 4th Edition “Run for Fun” on Sunday 5th October 2014. The inaugural run in 2011 was a success, with over 300 runners of all ages participating; in 2012 there were over 500 runners. As previously, the races will be organized by Activate Uganda Ltd, the country’s leading professional sports event & timing management company. As with earlier editions, the starting point will be from Kids of Africa at Bwerenga (Wakiso District). This is 4km from Kawuku, which is 24km along the Entebbe Rd.
RUN FOR FUN!! Race – 5th October, Sunday!!! 4th Kids of Africa – RUN FOR FUN – ONLY UGX 15,000 .5km, 10km and 21km. Prizes for male/female, all ages and different distances. Registration Point – GAME and Entebbe Golf course this weekend.
