Four teenagers who have been terrorizing residents of Nakiwogo/Banga zone on Tuesday night were finally arrested and caged by Police over robbery. Cadet ASP Richard Isanga identified the suspects as Winnie Ainebyona, Christine Nabaweesi, Umar Lwamutwe and Evans Katerega all residents of Lugonjo Zone in Entebbe Municipality. The young goons were arrested after residents filed complaints on the increased robberies in the vicinity executed by the named suspects who have mastered their game and have been causing mayhem after smoking weed and other prohibited substances and abandoned school a long time ago. The young goons who belong to a wider gang of thugs code-named “Swagger Attackers” break into people’s homes and shops in the wee hours of the morning. The suspects were charged with being rogue and vagabonds and shop breaking under case Ref. REF: 05/16/08/2015. Isanga vowed to intensify operations to hunt for more thugs who are still at large and are giving the residents sleepless nights.
