A Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) Prado (green in colour) registration H4DF 734 heading to Kampala on Sunday evening brutally ended the life of a 28 year old school teacher identified as Eddie Mulumba in a bloody accident that occurred along Entebbe Road, in Kitubulu zone, Katabi Town Council. According to eyewitnesses, the driver who was established as a relative of the car owner was over taking two vehicles at a high speed and rammed into the School teacher who was on his motorbike heading to Entebbe.
The school teacher died on spot and the car driver who tried to flee the scene was arrested and taken to Entebbe Police Station. The deceased was a teacher at Highs Link technical School in Nkumba Central, Katabi Town Council and he is survived with two children.
The body of the deceased was rushed to Entebbe Grade B Hospital and we have highly established it will be transferred to Mulago Hospital for a Postmortem. Both the UPDF Prado and the Motorbike were towed away to Entebbe Police Station.
