Leone Island Boss Dr. Jose Chameleone is one artiste who is keen on taking his popularity and fame to another level. The ‘Wale Wale’ singer early this year announced that on December 15 he would throw a mega concert dubbed ‘One Million One Night Concert’ at Kampala Serena Hotel and those wishing to attend will have to part with a million shillings.
Unlike Desire Luzinda who organized a charity concert and pocketed the dimes, Chameleone has proved haters wrong when recently signed a Mega Deal with a top Chinese firm to construct 100 boreholes in the Karamoja Region.
“I would state clearly that proceeds from the One Night one million Charity concert will go to the construction of 100 boreholes so I’m not organizing the concert for my own selfish gains” Chameleone said.
Highly placed sources have revealed that Chogging Gold Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Company is the lucky company that will construct the 100 boreholes for close to Shs 1.5m each.
Sources close to Chameleone revealed that the singer has instructed the Chinese firm to install solar panels and pumps on every borehole.
