    Rwamusayi Pins Suspect Over Killing Singer Radio

    The man behind the alleged murder of late singer Moses Nakitinje Ssekibogo aka Mowzey Radio is to testify in court after witnesses pinning him down.

    Godfrey Wamala popularly known as Troy has a case to answer after nine witnesses pinning him down to the wall. The suspect threw the deceased on the floor following a bar-fight on January, 22, 2018 at Debar in Entebbe.

    This follows after the last witness testifying in court. Frantile Rwamusayi also police officer attached to Katwe police pinned the killer suspect to the bone over the killing of Ugandan music icon, Moses Ssekibogo. The police arrested several individuals including the bar owner George Egesa, murder suspect Wamala Troy,Hassan Muwonge,Xavier Rukere and others.

    The incidence happened at the bar located in the heart of the town after the music star pouring liquor on the bar owner and other revelers. The police forwarded the case files to the Resident State Attorney before Entebbe court chief magistrate Mary Kaitesi remanding the killer suspect to Kigo prison. Eight witnesses including Producer Washington Ebangit, Pamela Musiimire, Hassan Muwonge, two police officers and others testified before high court judge Jane Francis Abodo.

    The deceased’s mother Jane Kasubo broke down to tears before the high court while giving her chilling testimony since the passing on of her son. Radio was rushed immediately to Emmanuel Medical Centre before being referred to Nsambya and later Case Medical centre where he spent a full week under intensive care. He was laid to rest at Kagga village, Nakawuka off Entebbe road.

    The family is not happy about the case the way it’s being handled by court and request President Museveni to intervene for justice. Case to be heard this Saturday,5th October 2019.
