Police is hunting for a reckless sand truck driver that killed a 45yrs old man earlier this week in Entebbe. The unidentified truck driver of vehicle no UAH 138P is on the run after killing one Ismail Kazibwa, resident of Bunono Katabi along the Kinyarwanda road.
The truck driver was heading from the upper of Pastor Charles Kaisali church driving down the slop and his truck failed to break down, ramming into a boda boda man no.UDL 531 G on Wednesday morning.
The truck landed in the trenches, crashing the boda boda man carrying matooke bunches.The boda man was heading from the Kitooro trading centre areas towards the Kidepo area before ramming into the empty sand truck.The matooke man was all bruised up with part of the intestines popping out with dislocated hands .
The truck and boda boda bike are now grounded at Entebbe police station following the hunt to the truck driver that has gone missing and run .
The truck is being owned by one Yawe John also chairman for the Lwazi truck drivers association along Kiwafu road next to Kiwafu primary school.
The deceased was buried on Thursday at his ancestral home at Kalagala along Mityana road and left two official wives with 4kids.
One of the deceased’s official wives, Nagitta Fatuma is working in the Kitooro central market also staunch Democratic party supporter.May the good lord take care of the deceased’s soul#RIP.
