The Entebbe Municipality Resident District Commissioner Nalongo Rose Kirabira has warned all leaders in Entebbe to avoid sabotaging and frustrating government programs if they want to be in her good books. RDC Kirabira who was addressing several beneficiaries of the 20 Naads and Operation Wealth Creation cows on Monday said that leaders enjoy making noise and attacking government over it’s operation wealth creation projects. She urged leaders at all levels to wake up and start supervising and lobbying for government programs in the different areas.
