The Entebbe Municipality Deputy Resident District Commissioner Nalongo Rose Kirabira is speaking tough and pumping sense into councilor’s heads that have made it a habit of lousing around at the Municipal Council instead of spending time in their different constituencies supervising government programs including Operation Wealth Creations, UPE and USE Programs. RDC Kirabira who was speaking during Mayor Kayanja Vincent DePaul’s swearing in ceremony warned councilors to avoid benching in Municipal Council just for allowances and lunch and start debating constructive ideas for their respective areas. She said that she is fed up of playing councilor’s roles because peasants keep flocking her office with paining issues.
