The Entebbe Municipality Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Rose Kirabira has bitterly warned all Boda Boda riders over misusing their tongues and spitting lots of dirty words out of their mouths. This follows bad reports reaching her office that Boda Boda riders are deteriorating in manners and abusing people day and night with no one to shape them back into responsible citizens. She also warned Boda Boda riders over spending days minus showering and washing their dirty smelling jackets. She also warned them over poaching on school girls for sex in addition to riding their Boda Bodas recklessly on the roads. RDC Kirabira made the remarks during the swearing in ceremony of Division ‘B’ Boda Boda riders that was held at Lido Beach on Wednesday
