Entebbe Municipality Deputy RDC Nalongo Rose Kirabira is smiling from the bottom of her heart ever since Entebbenews broke the news on Saturday that she was headed for a bigger and a juicy job as Wakiso Resident District commissioner (RDC). Since then she has been receiving lots of phone calls from different people over the news however she has chosen to remain silent and tightlipped until when government officially releases the list. We have highly established that she will be taking over from Eng. Ian Kyeyune whose future is not yet clear. Former Entebbe Municipality RDC Sarah Bananuka will be taking over from RDC Rose Kirabira.
