Entebbe Municipality Deputy Resident District Commissioner Rose Kirabira is bitter with several government officials who have mastered the game of forking their fingers in the National coffers and stealing billions in Tax Payers money. RDC Kirabira who was speaking at the Entebbe Open Court Day held on Wednesday at the Entebbe Chief Magistrates Court said that there are so many hyenas and foxes in government who are walking away with Tax Payers Money without even getting ashamed or thinking about the future generation. RDC Kirabira said there are so money hungry government officials who care-less about service delivery to the common man. She specifically blasted police officers for maintaining their number one status as the most corrupt government institution. RDC Kirabira said that police officers love squeezing suspects for bribes including forcing them to cough dime on Police Bond that is supposed to be free of charge. She said that all corrupt police officers should be paraded before the public and flogged.
The Entebbe Open Court day was attended by Mayor Kayanja Vincent DePaul, Lawrence Tweyaze the Deputy Inspector of Courts and the Entebbe Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi Lukwago and several local leaders.
