The Entebbe Tourism Association Chairperson (ETA) and Stebar Safaris Tour and Travel Boss Stella Rugunda is having massive paining ulcers after the Late Jonathan Netanyahu construction monument Project hit a dead. The Monument which was to be erected in commemoration of Late Jonathan Netanyahu (elder brother to current Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu) who commanded the 1976 Raid On Entebbe to rescue over 102 Israelis who had been held hostage by former Ugandan President Idi Amin Dada at Entebbe Old Airport. The Entebbe Tourism Association Boss Stella Rugunda and several others invited former Tourism Minister Maria Mutagamba to launch the ground breaking ceremony that was held at Chang Sha Primary School in early June after they hoodwinked her that they had already secured over Seven hundred Million Shillings (Shs700m) funding for the Monument. Stella Rugunda and her team confirmed that the Monument would be ready in four weeks and would be commissioned by Benjamin Netanyahu upon his visit to Entebbe on July 4. Since then no serious work has been done after Stella Rugunda and her team failed to get sponsors to fund the project.
And to make matters worse Stella Rugunda and her team have since disappeared into thin air after the project failed to take off on time.
