St. Lawrence University schools and colleges Boss Lawrence Mukiibi has erected a multi-billion facility overlooking Lake Victoria after Jose Chameleon’s former beach in Wakiso District.
The state of the art facility is the first of it’s kind in the area with multiple solar panels lighting with surveillance cameras spying everywhere. Last year a couple of high profiled personalities including city tycoon Kirumira and first lady Janet Museveni were invited for a mega bash.
