A Mbarara based pastor identified as Mugabe Herbert Kagwisagye is breathing behind bars at Entebbe Police Station after he was arrested over kidnapping a 16 year old Chadwick Namate Primary seven (P.7) School girl (names with held) with intentions to secretly marry her. The pastor was finally tracked and nabbed on Thursday by undercover police cops at unidentified location in the city following several intelligence reports pinning him down. On May 14, 2016 the horny fella vanished with the school girl to Mbarara after he sweet-talked and promised her heaven on earth including a perfect marriage. After being tipped off that he was being hunted down, the fella vanished to the city with the school girl and they have been staying at his sister’s one roomed rented apartment in Masajja Zone, Namasuba, Makindye Division. He has been sexually exploiting her for all these months until he was arrested like a grass hopper by undercover police agents who tricked him and fell into their trap. The girl according to her relatives who were present at Entebbe Police Station revealed that she was ballooned by the pastor though entebbenews cannot independently verify the allegations.
The horny pastor was charged with Disappearance of the School girl under case ref no. SD 07/15/05/2016 and will be paraded in court on Monday. The pastor was also pinned over kidnapping three girls and is well known in Rushere, Mbarara for being a conman. The foxy fella is also battling a fraud case after he conned a 21-year old George Rutemba Six Million Shillings (Shs6m). The foxy fella conned the poor boy after he promised him a lucrative job in Abu Dhabi.
