O’s Bar Manager’s Mum Rose Mary Omamteker is walking with her head high after finally adding value to her multi-billion Entebbe Junior School facility. The quiet holy woman a couple of weeks ago embarked on the multi-million project to erect a wall fence and zero-graze the school pupils properly. She has been fighting tooth and nail to upgrade the school fence from a bushy forest to a first class fence with security lights lighting everywhere.
