National Organization Trade Union Boss, Usher Wilson Owere is on the spot after buying off the former Democratic Party Offices In Entebbe. The staunch NRM party diehard early this year bought off the former DP office premises to erect his school facility in the building located on Ham Mukasa road. The former Entebbe Municipality Division ‘A’ Deputy Chairman a couple of weeks ago started refurbishing and developing the dilapidated building to house his Hilgard Nursery and primary school facility.
