The Director Howard and Relief Agency Isaiah Ebbanerzh was last week on Friday sentenced to 11 years in jail after he smartly conned a one Captain Mohammed Aden CEO SAC (K) Ltd safe Air company in a fake deal. The crafty man conned the investor Shs 268m through electronic fraud contrary to section 19(1) & (II) of the computer misuse Act. The fella was paraded before Entebbe chief magistrate Suzan Abinyo who sentenced him to 5 years for theft and 7 years for electronic fraud.
He conned the investor under the guise of awarding him a contract to supply relief goods to him from Uganda to Rwanda, Burundi, south Sudan and Democratic Republic Of Congo (DRC). Abinyo ordered the foxy fella to compensate the victim Shs 197m after completing his 11 year prison sentence.
Isaiah 44, a resident of Bunamwaya village, Wakiso District reportedly conned the investor USD 129,400 (Ug. Shs 268m) on September 2012 after he used his computers and other communication means through electronic mails and websites to fraudulently obtain the dime. Shortly after he was sentenced the captain was happy that at last he had gotten justice and crafty man was sent to Kigo Prison where he will rot like Kazinda.
