Incumbent Kigungu Ward LCIII Councilor Mohammed Kaidali is one care free man who loves speaking his mind and bashing big headed politicians. The staunch DP Man is walking door to door hunting for votes to keep him in office after another candidate Mutebi Nyasio rising up and giving him lots sleepless nights and intensifying ulcers. The political monger is on his knees and hunting for a second term. Last week at the Democratic Party rally the fella bashed independent candidate and Entebbe Municipality Division ‘B’ LCIII Boss Eng. Anthony Segujja for refusing to vacate the office after he was caned by his rival Salongo Namayirira Stanley Kapere in the bloody party primaries last year. The aging man refused to accept defeat and is hunting for votes day and night to remain in office. The aspiring councilor pointed fingers at Segujja for being big headed and splitting Namayirira’s votes ahead of the February polls.
