And for the last couple of months, she has been borrowing and using other people’s cars on her campaign trail including Boda Bodas. Mubangizi is battling with nine other aspirants for the parliamentary seat currently occupied by Hon. Muhammad Kawuma. The NRM Party has lined up eight other aspirants including Fabrice Rulinda, Amon Muzoora and former Nkumba Guild President Madina Zalwango to battle it out in the party primaries.
