In terms of network-related factors, Nyombi highlighted the necessity for precise data metering and transparency from service providers, echoing the sentiment that concerns over data billing and usage integrity remain significant.

To address any specific queries, customers are encouraged to reach out through multiple avenues, such as X, WhatsApp, toll-free call lines, and physical service centres.

In February of this year, singer Moses Ssali, widely known as Bebe Cool, threatened legal action against Airtel Uganda, a telecommunications company, when 22GB of data depleted within a short period, despite no data usage recorded.

Similarly, another artist, Priscilla Zawedde, also recognized as Azawi, recently voiced concerns with Airtel Uganda regarding a similar occurrence. She disclosed that despite not utilizing the 22GB of data purchased for streaming or any other purpose, it expired within two days.
