State Minister for sports Hon. Bakkabulindi Charles has bitterly warned Institute of Surveys and Land Management graduates to avoid flipping their fingers in shoddy land deal. Bakkabulindi who was speaking at the institute’s 3rd graduation ceremony that was held on Friday warned the graduates that land deals are so tempting and sweet and can land one in trouble including being thrown in jail if not careful. Persis Namuganza decried the rising land disputes and conflicts in the country and called on the graduates to help government identify the crooks that are engaging in dirty land deals. The Institute’s principal Bernard Oguro begged government to recruit more staff to serve the increasing number of students. Oguro also revealed that the institute lacks several teaching aids like computers and projectors.
