Julius Bukyana popularly known as MC Julio is beaming in happiness one of these days ever since he scooped the Nkumba University Guild Top office. The hunky fella of late has been majestically bobbing high and swelling around on the University campus premises after he fell in things. A couple of days he called it quits at the Club X5 Happening bar in Entebbe Town where he was gambling around like hell and earning peanuts of shillings. On Monday he was officially sworn in and handed the tools to man the Guild office.
