Entebbe Town Boss Mayor Vincent Kayanja DePaul is over the skies and smiling to the heavens after he was voted Chairperson LAVRAC Regional Chairperson. The town Boss a couple of days ago was voted to the lucrative juicy job at the 14th LAVRAC General Assembly at the Mwanza City Hall in Tanzania. He will also head the LAVRAC Uganda Chapter. The ceremony was witnessed by the Mwanza Regional Commissioner John V.K. Mongella and the Deputy Minister of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development Dr. Angeline Mbula.
