Entebbe Municipality Mayor Kayanja Vincent Depaul has been in great pain for the last couple of weeks after a football match at the Kiwafu Playground.
The town boss has been suffering from a fractured left arm that he sustained during a friendly football match that he actively participated in. After 40 minutes in the game he was kicked out before scoring any goal.
