Former Entebbe Municipality aspiring Member of Parliament Fabrice Rulinda aka Mr. Massappe is one fella who has mastered the game of causing stampede at events and mesmerizing babes of different sizes and colours. The flamboyant man has resumed his stampede madness ever since he repented his sins before God after he disappointed Entebbe residents during the 2016 general elections. On Wednesday, he majestically stormed Sseninde Foundation graduation party that was organized at Peniel Beach in Entebbe to congratulate and thank the 161 graduands who acquired skills in Bakery, Tailoring and hairdressing courtesy of Minister Rose Sseninde. He caused crazy madness as several babes were following him everywhere in addition to yelling his name out. He pledged to donate three sewing machines to Sseninde Foundation.
The city based massappe man later chickened away and cruised off to unidentified destination in a posh car though it’s not yet clear whether the car belongs to him or he was just feeling sweet in a borrowed car.
