Mpala Police officers on Saturday held a 26 year old man who was found lying half dead in a trench by the road side after boozing heavily and turned a nuisance in the neighborhood after he defecated and urinated on himself. The fella boozed himself silly in unknown Kafunda Bar in Abaita Ababiri and dropped half dead in the trenches after failing to find his way back home. Police landed on the fella as they conducted their night security operation around Abaita Ababiri and Mpala Zone along Entebbe – Kampala Highway. The zonked fella was grabbed and detained at Mpala Police station where he was quizzed for hours. The drunko who was making several uncoordinated statements had no document including Identity card to identify him.
