Rising singer Malcom Mayanja has opened up on his ambitions and future in the music industry, citing that he wants to be levels above his father, Weasel Manizo.
Malcom Mayanja, the eldest son of Goodlyfe’s Weasel Manizo, revealed during a recent TV interview that he initially studied photography and had begun pursuing it professionally. However, his passion and love for music influenced him to change his career choices.
When asked where he saw himself in the next five years, the 23-year-old confidently noted that he dreamt of being a very big star in the industry; even bigger and better than his father.
Malcom also took time to appreciate his family, especially his uncles Pallaso and Jose Chameleone, who he said had supported and encouraged him to build his career as a musician.

Whereas launching a music career can be expensive, Malcom revealed that he has enjoyed the benefits of coming from a famous and blessed family musically.
“I studied photography, and I had actually started doing it when I fell in love with music. My passion for music overpowered my love for anything else. In the next five years, I see myself somewhere bigger than my dad… We do not invest in a lot of money because even the family paved a way for us,” he said.
