Uganda People’s Defence Force, Major Kazungu Rutinampola is crying crocodile tears after thugs broke into his house and carried every thing from under wears to cups and forks. The top army government officer was robbed on Tuesday several items including a DVD player, ATM card and bicycle. The items were carried from his house by a gang of thugs who invaded his house at 1am while he was on a drinking spree with his buddies at a happening bar we have not yet established.
