A couple of months ago a Boda Boda rider identified as Ainembabazi Saul was murdered in cold blood and the area councilor a one Kiwanuka Archilles’ car was burnt to ashes. The poor man ran to Mayor Kayanja’s office for assistance to establish a police post which was also burnt months ago under unclear circumstances. And now the NRM Party diehard is spitting venom like hell after Mayor Kayanja delaying to give him dime to construct another police post. He is hurting for Shs1m to construct a sketchy police post to tighten security in the area.
