Wilberforce Ssemombwe, the Lukose Zone LCI Chief located in Kajjansi Town Council is cursing life like hell and crying crocodile tears after he was arrested on Thursday over abusing and misusing his office. The LCI Chief was arrested and put behind bars at Entebbe Police Station after he conned ten innocent people different sums of money over half an acre piece of land located in Bulwanyi, Lukose, Nakawuka Zone in Kajjansi Town Council. The foxy fella reportedly connived with a one Gregory Kizito to sell the same piece of land to the ten different individuals who paid different sums of money.
The crafty LCI Chief was grilled by the Entebbe Municipality RDC Rose Kirabira in her office after he was pinned down by the poor victims whom he fleeced and the true land owner identified as Emmanuel Mugisha who gave the half acre piece of land to an old lady identified as Nansitazia Mukankusi to farm. The poor old lady refuted claims that she sold the land after the foxy LCI Chief alleged that her one late child sold the land.
The Shrewd fella oozed a hell of sweat in addition to seeing stars after he failed to give a thorough explanation over the matter. RDC Kirabira ordered the fella to either compensate the ten victims who are all demanding close to Shs48m or he rots in jail. He is behind bars and feeding on Posho and beans as Police hunts down for his accomplice identified as Gregory Kizito whose whereabouts aren’t known.
RDC Kirabira vowed to crack down on leaders who are intentionally misusing their mandate to commit crime. She revealed that she will not tolerate leaders who keep failing her boss President Yoweri Museveni because they misuse their offices.
